Spring Training

Today, I signed up for Spring Training… Ok, stop laughing.

I didn’t mean THAT kind of Spring Training. The University of Alabama’s Wellness department Spring activity.

I could swear that they told me that they really wanted me to get to 10000 steps a week on the pedometer they gave me. I got this thing at Noon and it is already over 7400. I may be getting 10k a day on days that I walk at lunch.  I’ll let you know.

Today, I walked 30 minutes.
