Strive to Scale Back: Day 22

Today, I surprised myself by doing my walking route (~3 miles) in 30 minutes instead of my usual 40. I noticed that my shins complained at the quick pace, but my breathing maintained a steady pace. I may be getting the hang of this.

I had thought that I could not even attempt the Couch-to-5k program, but I am thinking I may be able to after all.
